Group Boxing

BKB's Group Boxing consists of small group training in the sweet science, designed for any level of badass. Total body physical training with an emphasis on core strength, balance, speed, flexibility, and the skills to needed to defend yourself.

We currently have the below groups active...

*Monday 7pm - Grown Women

*Tuesday 5pm - Teen Girls

*Tuesday 6pm - Teen Boys

*Tuesday 7pm - Grown Men

*Thursday 5pm - Teen Girls

*Thursday 6pm - Teen Boys

*Thursday 7pm - Grown Men

*Saturday 7am - Grown Men

Additional groups may be created upon request.

1-on-1 Boxing

For a more intense Boxing training, we offer 1-on-1 coaching to personalize your training specifically to your goals! Whether it is to compete in USA Boxing events or to build the skills to confidently protect yourself and your family, 1-on-1 Boxing will accelerate your boxing skills to the next level.

*1-on-1 Training is available for 1 hour sessions between 6am - 8am. Contact for available times.
